📋 Description

• Create sophisticated eLearning content and advanced eLearning modules • Partner with Instructional Designers to finalize module development • Utilize text-to-speech audio tools to create and synchronize narration and character audio • Perform rigorous quality assurance checks on content for agent consumption • Create client-branded Storyline and Rise templates for agent certification • Use agent survey data and Business Intelligence tools to identify and resolve development-related issues • Research innovative learning methodologies, emerging technologies, and multimedia resources • Develop advanced interactions, animations, simulations, branching scenarios, templates, and gamification • Support development-related matters and provide guidance • Provide training, coaching, and mentoring • Identify development-related issues and provide specific feedback • Improve learning development processes and tools • Evaluate new tools and drive process improvements • Stay updated on industry trends and implement learning technologies • Mentor team members and contribute to team growth • Collaborate on design and use feedback to enhance content • Drive adoption of new learning technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience • Degree or certification in Instructional Design, Education/Educational Technology, or Design preferred • Minimum 5 years industry experience • Knowledge of learning design and visual impact on retention • Proficiency in learning technologies and content alignment with learner needs • Expertise in Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML 5, and video editing software • Advanced Storyline skills in triggers and variables • Demonstrated experience in video editing and creation • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of development software skills • Ability to perform QA on digital media • Familiarity with JavaScript editing • Excellent communication, organizational, and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods while working on a computer • Availability for virtual meetings in a non-distracted environment
