📋 Description

• Define, implement, and enhance the Digital Risk and Compliance strategy and programs • Provide ongoing direction and support to execute compliance targets and business strategies in accordance with compliance and regulatory requirements, risk appetite, organizational risk practices, and evolving business practices • Maintain relationships with Digital Technology, Cybersecurity, and business teams for information sharing • Identify, evaluate, and implement solutions to meet cybersecurity and compliance objectives • Interpret and apply relevant laws, regulations, policies, and guidance • Identify noncompliance and determine its impact on risk and the effectiveness of the enterprise cybersecurity program • Evaluate information for reliability, validity, and relevance for cybersecurity reporting • Perform regulatory compliance and risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance and cyber risks • Provide guidance on regulatory expectations, industry norms, and appropriate controls • Conduct internal and external audits and assessments, including GDPR, DFARS, PCI, and SOX • Review external security and compliance assessments • Support development of cybersecurity policies, standards, and processes • Develop and lead learning opportunities for the global workforce to reduce cyber risk • Deliver tabletop exercises, lunch-and-learns, email and survey micro-learnings, media-based communications, incentivized training, cyber certifications, and reward programs • Ensure programs meet their intended purpose and metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, with preference for Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related • At least 5 years of related experience • Expert knowledge of regulatory/compliance frameworks, including SOX, NIST 800-53, and PCI-DSS • Proficiency with assessing security and privacy controls based on frameworks, cybersecurity principles, and Software Development Lifecycle • Compliance and audit experience • Proficiency with providing remediation guidance to cross-functional teams • Proficient knowledge of cybersecurity and privacy principles used to manage risks related to the use, processing, storage, and transmission of information or data • Experience identifying and assessing information for compliance with required controls • Ability to manage business and external partners • Ability to work independently and self-motivate • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal, collaboration, written and verbal communication skills • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position • Master's degree preferred • Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or CISM preferred • 12 or more years of related experience preferred • IAM compliance experience preferred • AI experience related to audit and/or compliance preferred • Working knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols, network security, cryptography, and security architecture concepts preferred
