📋 Description

• Provide stewardship reporting to clients and educate them on issues and trends impacting programs • Conduct pre-renewal visits reviewing client loss experience and general company performance • Review and identify potential dissatisfaction before renewal meetings • Perform client renewals, contract revisions, and Client Service Instruction preparation for complex programs • Reduce process, technology, and resource barriers by directing and influencing internal departments • Coordinate client invoicing, audits, and accounts receivable follow-up • Resolve major customer service issues • Support and build client and executive relationships, as well as internal relationships • Support business development • Administer company personnel policies and follow staffing and training standards • Interview, hire, and establish colleague performance development plans • Conduct colleague performance reviews • Provide support, guidance, leadership, and motivation to promote maximum performance

🎯 Requirements

• Ten (10) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Three (3) years of Account Executive experience on national accounts • Five (5) years of claims/supervisory experience • In-depth understanding of workers compensation and liability • Must reside in the state of Georgia
