📋 Description

• Process uncomplicated personal and commercial line property claims within designated authority • Ensure claim files are properly documented and coded correctly based on the policy • Maintain action plans to meet state-required contact deadlines and move files toward prompt resolution • Escalate issues as needed • Identify and pursue subrogation opportunities • Secure and dispose of salvage • Communicate claim action and processing with insureds, clients, agents, or brokers • Support the organization's quality programs • Perform other duties as assigned • Travel as required

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • Licenses as required • One (1) year of general office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Claims industry experience preferred • Knowledge of construction basics is a plus • Ability to process uncomplicated personal and commercial line property claims • Ability to maintain action plans and meet state-required contact deadlines • Ability to identify and pursue subrogation opportunities • Ability to communicate with insureds, clients, agents, or brokers • Ability to travel as required
