📋 Description

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients in Indiana • Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care • Treat depression, anxiety, couples, children, and a variety of clients • Conduct client intakes and diagnose according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor • Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing • Maintain availability for at least 25 sessions with 30 hours of weekly availability • Collaborate within a clinical community and participate in case consultations • Use telehealth and EHR technology • Deliver exceptional care while administrative teams handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing

🎯 Requirements

• Provisionally licensed and pursuing Indiana LMHC licensure • Approved by the board as a LMHCA • Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Indiana • Graduate of an approved 60-credit-hour program • Graduate or post-graduate counseling experience treating depression and anxiety required • Graduate or post-graduate experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing under a licensed supervisor preferred • Availability for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly • Open to treating varied clients, including couples and children • Ability to help clients achieve measurable progress • Comfort with telehealth and EHR tools • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
