📋 Description

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care to clients • Treat depression, anxiety, couples, children, and a variety of behavioral health clients • Conduct intakes and diagnose according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor • Maintain availability for at least 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly • Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing • Collaborate within a clinical community and contribute positively as a teammate • Participate in clinical supervision, live clinical support, and monthly case consultations

🎯 Requirements

• Approved by the board as a LPCA • Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Connecticut • Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program • Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required • Graduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor is preferred • Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly • Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children • Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress • Confident working with telehealth and EHR tools • Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
