📋 Description

• Provide administrative support to the claims department • Review scanned documents for key data • Research and process electronic mail • Modify documents to correct claim and/or responsible party • Adhere to Best Practices and follow indexing protocol • Maintain service level agreements and meet production goals • Perform other duties as assigned • Support the organization's quality program(s)

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • One (1) year of general office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Claims experience preferred • Oral and written communication skills • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products • Analytical and interpretive skills • Organizational skills • Interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies • Clear and conceptual thinking ability • Excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion • Ability to handle work-related stress • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously • Ability to meet deadlines • Computer keyboarding • Travel as required
