📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive healthcare management • Facilitate delivery of appropriate quality healthcare • Promote cost-effective outcomes and improve program/operational efficiency involving clinical issues • Support comprehensive coordination of medical services, including intake, screening, and referrals to Aetna Medical Services Programs • Promote and support quality effectiveness of Healthcare Services

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of previous Customer Service experience • High school diploma or GED • Medical Assisting or medical office experience preferred • Familiarity with medical terminology and concepts used in care management preferred • Effective communication skills • Strong customer service skills • Computer literacy to navigate internal and external computer systems • Ability to effectively communicate in a multi-disciplinary team • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST, with occasional weekends and holidays
