📋 Description

• Assess performance of internal, client, or vendor case files and records for accuracy, consistency, and compliance • Identify trends and opportunities to improve service efficiency and quality • Partner with stakeholders to ensure required data is accurately and consistently captured in the client relationship management system • Compile audit results and submit them to the manager for review • Provide audit results for quarterly stewardship reports • Monitor ongoing action-item logs and project plans with stakeholders • Update vendor resources to the mapping program • Perform other duties as assigned • Support the organization's quality programs

🎯 Requirements

• Four (4) years of investigative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred • Oral and written communication skills • PC literacy, including Microsoft Office products • Analytical and interpretive skills • Strong organizational skills • Ability to work independently or in a team environment • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines • Computer keyboarding • Travel as required
