📋 Description

• Ensure accuracy of financial data • Maintain and analyze financial data • Prepare monthly financial reports, journal entries, and general ledger (GL) account reconciliations • Reconcile sub-ledgers to the GL • Prepare monthly journal entries and GL accounts • Assist in the month-end close and consolidation process • Assist with financial reporting and audit processes • Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as directed • Maintain and analyze balance sheet accounts and ensure they are accurately stated • Conduct timely account reconciliations • Perform client audits and reporting • Perform other duties as assigned • Support the organization's quality program(s)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent preferred • Accounting courses preferred • Four (4) years accounting and/or financial analysis experience or equivalent combination of experience and education required • Strong oral and written communication skills • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products • Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge • Strong understanding of accounting principles, including debits and credits • Experience with General Ledger (GL) accounting and account reconciliations • Analytical and interpretive skills • Good detail orientation • Strong organizational skills • Good interpersonal skills • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to communicate financial information effectively to internal stakeholders • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies • Credit security clearance, confirmed via a background credit check, is required
