📋 Description

• Deeply understand Seismic’s product strategy and roadmap • Serve as the primary bridge between product direction and external partnerships • Translate product strategy into a partnership ecosystem plan • Own executive relationships with key partners • Lead full-lifecycle partner engagements • Ensure external partnership commitments align with product reality • Build and scale the partnerships function • Drive measurable outcomes related to partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in technology partnerships, platform business development, or product management • Demonstrated experience taking product strategy and building partner relationships • Proven track record closing and scaling complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships • Ability to operate at the C-suite level internally and externally • Strong product literacy and understanding of business strategies • Experience in or deep knowledge of B2B GTM, sales enablement, or revenue technology • Builder’s mindset with exceptional communication and structured thinking
