📋 Description
• Assist with monthly consolidation across business units and legal entities • Validate intercompany balances and roll-up accuracy in OneStream • Build recurring corporate reporting packages, variance bridges, and supporting commentary • Load and validate corporate forecast, budget, and long-range-plan inputs • Reconcile OneStream to source ERP systems and help resolve variances • Assist with P&L mapping and reporting onboarding for acquired businesses • Complete executive-requested analysis • Document and improve processes
🎯 Requirements
• 2–4 years of finance, FP&A, or accounting experience • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • Exposure to ERP and/or EPM/consolidation systems preferred • Strong quantitative and problem-solving ability • Advanced Excel skills • Exposure to OneStream/EPM and Power BI • Ability to deliver accurate, reconciled outputs • Ability to present findings clearly to finance leadership • Ability to collaborate effectively across entities and functions
