📋 Description

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues. • Engage with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. • Serve as the customer contact for technical and service-related problems. • Create reports analyzing product failures and issues. • Provide feedback on product enhancements. • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements. • Determine the most cost-effective repair or resolution to minimize customer downtime. • Commission, maintain, and repair power conversion and generation equipment at customer sites. • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, electrical testing, communication systems work, and control integration. • Develop technical reports and procedures and provide operator training. • Work independently and as part of a technical team.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role • Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands • Strong organization, planning, and time-management skills • Self-accountability for achieving goals and standards • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Eligibility to obtain authorization under ITAR and/or EAR; Non-US Persons may not be eligible • Ability to travel up to 50% to customer sites across the U.S.
