📋 Description

• Clean and restructure the HubSpot foundation, including duplicate records, redundant properties, naming and domain logic, and record hygiene • Establish governance rules for properties, workflows, and segments • Improve lifecycle stage, lead status, and pipeline definitions to support forecasting • Audit, simplify, rebuild, and maintain workflows for speed to lead, routing, follow-up, reminders, and handoffs • Create reliable segmentation and list logic • Reduce manual work while increasing consistency and accountability • Build leadership, role-based, and custom dashboards and views • Implement consistent reporting across lifecycle, pipeline, conversion, activity, and retention metrics • Establish HubSpot as the single source of truth • Partner with the CEO and Sales Manager to translate growth strategy into HubSpot execution • Identify bottlenecks and opportunities and build solutions proactively • Drive initiatives end-to-end, including scoping, building, documenting, testing, rolling out, and training • Use AI tools and data enrichment platforms such as Clay for targeting, enrichment, routing, and personalization • Design workflows integrating clean data input, validation, and segmentation • Expand systems support beyond Sales into marketing operations, recruiting operations, client success, and executive reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or HubSpot administration in a scaling company • Deep hands-on HubSpot experience with data model and property architecture • Experience with contact and company management, deduplication, and governance • Experience with workflows, lists, segmentation, and routing • Experience with dashboards, reporting, attribution basics, and funnel metrics • Proven ability to clean and restructure a messy HubSpot portal • Experience partnering with senior leadership on growth execution • Experience in outbound sales environments and SDR/AE workflows strongly preferred • Experience with Clay or similar enrichment and orchestration tools strongly preferred • Familiarity with Zapier, Make, webhooks, and basic APIs strongly preferred • Experience designing lifecycle stage and lead status frameworks that teams follow • Proactive ownership and ability to work independently end-to-end • Ability to translate strategy into clear HubSpot execution • Ability to prioritize effectively and improve existing systems
