📋 Description

• Develop and oversee the Quality Program Provider Operations Department and other applicable departments • Manage projects for internal and external audits • Identify and implement process improvements supporting business needs • Prepare and track an audit work plan • Customize audit solutions for internal and external audits • Serve as a resource for the Provider Operations Department

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of experience in claims processing, customer service, enrollment, and/or systems administration applications • Associate’s degree (Required) • Experience with claims processing • Experience with customer service • Experience with enrollment • Experience with systems administration applications • Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, etc.) (Preferred) • SQL (Preferred) • Must reside in one of the 27 states where Sentara Health operates
