📋 Description

• Operate, scale, maintain, and optimize highly available Kubernetes clusters • Ensure the smooth operation of Kubernetes operators written in Go and other services • Optimize performance and troubleshoot bugs • Design and manage infrastructure blueprints using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code • Automate configuration management, deployments, and recurring tasks with Ansible • Develop and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana • Ensure maximum uptime, performance, stability, reliability, and availability for customers' gameservers • Participate in the on-call rotation • Collaborate and communicate within the team on complex technical topics • Help provide a seamless gaming experience for millions of players

🎯 Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience operating, managing, and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters in production environments • Strong Terraform experience building and managing complex infrastructures • Strong knowledge of Ansible for automation and configuration management • Understanding of SLAs, SLOs, and Error Budgets • Experience developing in Go • Experience developing Kubernetes Operators in Go and optimizing existing operators at runtime • Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly in English • German skills are a plus • Ability to participate in a fair on-call rotation • Valid EU work permit • Ability to work remotely within +/- 2 hours of Central European Time (CET) • No relocation support is provided
