📋 Description

• Source and engage candidates for Data Center Operations Technicians, Data Center Operations Engineers, Site Administrators, and Chief Engineers • Build pipelines of critical facilities talent, including candidates from military, utilities, and manufacturing • Partner with hiring managers on sourcing strategies for steady-state and new-site ramp-up hiring • Conduct qualification prescreens covering technical background, licenses and certifications, 24x7 shift availability, and compensation expectations • Coordinate interviews and site visits, maintain candidate engagement, collect feedback, and support offers and closing • Lead intake meetings, provide pipeline and hiring status updates, and flag risks to hiring plans • Coordinate preboarding through day one with HR, IT, Security, and site leadership • Manage background checks and complete Form I-9 verification, including E-Verify where applicable • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in Lever and ensure clean handoff to Workday • Report pipeline and funnel metrics and recommend process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition coordination, ideally supporting technical, skilled trades, or high-volume hiring • Proven sourcing capability and experience prescreening candidates against technical role requirements • Working knowledge of Form I-9 compliance and background check administration • Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Recruiting experience in data center, mission-critical, or critical facilities environments preferred • Hands-on experience with Lever ATS and Workday HRIS, and familiarity with E-Verify preferred • Experience supporting new site launches or rapid team ramp-ups preferred
