📋 Description

• Own recruitment across a portfolio of higher education partners • Develop tailored recruitment plans with goals for leads, applications, and enrollment • Generate student leads through campus events, information sessions, classroom talks, digital channels, and creative engagement • Cultivate faculty, advisors, student leaders, and alumni as recruitment champions • Lead information sessions, campus visits, and classroom talks • Answer student questions, address concerns and barriers, and guide students through applications to enrollment • Support Global Recruitment and Admissions priorities, including inbox coverage and application review during peak periods • Own enrollment goals for each campus and track progress against targets • Recruit, onboard, and support student and alumni ambassadors • Launch peer-to-peer and referral campaigns • Maintain the Slate CRM pipeline and coordinate with Admissions on lead follow-up • Partner with Marketing to improve messaging and share campus insights • Track the funnel from lead to enrollment, identify disengagement points, and use data to set priorities • Test new approaches, scale successful methods, and build campus recruitment playbooks • Report to the Director, Educational Partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the United States • Experience in higher education recruitment, student engagement, field marketing, campus programs, or related work • Comfortable with significant travel, including close to 50% time on the road during peak recruitment seasons • Experience proactively finding leads and cultivating champions with faculty, advisors, student leaders, and alumni • Ability to manage multiple campuses, campaigns, and relationships • Data-driven approach to tracking performance and adjusting priorities to hit enrollment goals • Comfort building and leveraging technology and CRM systems • Ideally, experience with Slate CRM • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Persistent, resilient, resourceful, experimental, and adaptable approach • Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
