📋 Description

• Source and screen candidates for experience, qualifications, and role fit • Manage the hiring process from first contact through interviews, references, and offer • Schedule virtual and in-person interviews and keep candidates informed • Help hiring managers use interview guides and scorecards, prepare for interviews, and document feedback • Partner with managers to review candidates and advance hiring decisions • Maintain candidate records in Breezy HR and build pipelines for recurring roles • Hand off accepted candidates to the onboarding team

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of recruiting experience, including full cycle recruiting • Experience recruiting in behavioral health, mental health, substance use treatment, or a closely related clinical setting • Experience working independently and responsively in a remote role • Strong candidate communication, organization, and follow-through • Experience using an applicant tracking system • Preferred Florida residency and familiarity with Florida clinical qualifications and licensure • Experience with Topgrading or another structured interview framework • Previous contract work or experience managing a flexible portfolio of searches • Experience recruiting for adolescent programs or PHP/IOP services
