📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for contractor and consultant hiring • Recruit SAP and Oracle consultants across functional and technical skill sets • Build and manage contractor pipelines across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico • Source and engage specialized enterprise technology talent in competitive markets • Build proactive talent pipelines for current and upcoming customer projects • Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-find SAP and Oracle skill sets • Help build the contractor recruiting function at Tessera Labs • Work closely with the team to bring in specialized talent supporting complex enterprise transformation initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience recruiting SAP and Oracle consultants — required • Strong experience with contract/contingent workforce recruiting • Experience recruiting both onshore and nearshore talent across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico • Strong understanding of the systems integrator and enterprise consulting ecosystem • Previous recruiting experience at a systems integrator such as Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Infosys, or a similar organization is highly preferred • Experience recruiting specialized enterprise technology talent across both functional and technical roles • Ability to manage multiple searches and contractor pipelines simultaneously in a fast-moving environment • Authorization to work in the U.S. for Tessera Labs • Immigration sponsorship is not specified as available; applicants must answer whether they will require it
