📋 Description

• Lead recruiting for specialized clinical professionals, including Neuropsychologists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Autism Evaluators, and other clinical specialists • Own end-to-end recruitment from passive sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and pre-credentialing onboarding • Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using healthcare job boards, professional networks, state licensing databases, and AI sourcing tools • Partner with clinical leaders to understand role requirements, evaluation tool proficiencies such as ADOS-2, scope-of-practice regulations, and market nuances • Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pass-through rates, and channel yield in Greenhouse and Gem • Deliver a transparent, human-centered candidate experience • Report directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle clinical recruiting experience sourcing licensed clinicians, with dedicated experience recruiting specialty providers such as Neuropsychologists, OTs, SLPs, or Autism Evaluators • 1+ years of experience in a startup or fast-scaled environment • Proven track record utilizing niche healthcare sourcing channels, state licensing databases, and specialized professional associations • Hands-on experience with ATS and CRM systems • Deep knowledge of specialty pediatric credentials and state licensing frameworks • Experience using ATS and CRM tools; Greenhouse and Gem preferred • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills • Adaptability and resourcefulness in a high-growth, remote environment
