📋 Description

• Create and implement recruiting strategies to build diverse pipelines through sourcing, referrals, research, events, and social media • Find and engage passive candidates using creative sourcing techniques • Manage multiple requisitions and candidates during high-volume periods • Create and own a positive candidate experience • Identify and implement AI-driven ways to automate routine work, streamline processes, improve decision-making, and increase team efficiency • Partner with hiring leaders to understand team goals • Organize and facilitate interview debriefs • Drive offer approval, extension, and negotiation • Develop offer-closing strategies and support candidates in making decisions • Use pipeline health, source performance, conversion metrics, and other data to guide decisions while maintaining data hygiene • Serve as a trusted cross-functional stakeholder partner, identify friction points, set expectations, and drive initiatives to overcome obstacles • Develop diverse sourcing strategies and advise on structured, inclusive interview processes • Coach leaders and interviewers on inclusive interviewing and objective feedback • Track pipeline data and provide consistent updates to hiring managers • Maintain accurate data in Ashby and other recruiting tools • Champion and embed Harmonic’s cultural principles as the company scales

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and in the Eastern Time Zone • Current and ongoing authorization to work in the United States without employer visa sponsorship • 3-5 years of GTM and Engineering recruiting experience in a fast-paced startup environment • Strong experience with people analytics and reporting • Ability to translate workforce data into clear, actionable insights • Experience creating, measuring, and scaling workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting teams • Proven strategic and creative sourcing skills • Ability to represent Harmonic professionally internally and externally • Previous cybersecurity experience highly preferred • Familiarity with Ashby, Juicebox, or an equivalent ATS • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience • Experience working for a high-growth startup in the tech space • AI-native mindset and active experimentation with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini
