📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment for an assigned set of open roles, from intake and sourcing through to offer and acceptance, filling priority roles within the contract period • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build interview plans, and keep hiring decisions moving quickly • Proactively source and engage passive talent through LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels to build strong, diverse pipelines • Deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience with clear, timely communication at every stage • Keep the ATS (Lever) accurate and up to date, and provide regular pipeline and progress updates to the People & Culture team • Document learnings and recommend improvements to the hiring process by the end of the engagement • Report to the VP of People & Culture and partner closely with hiring managers across the business

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including agency or in-house roles in technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity • Proven success hiring across technical roles (e.g. engineering, product, security) and/or go-to-market roles (e.g. sales, customer success, marketing) • Strong sourcing skills, including advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search • Hands-on experience with an ATS; Lever and Gem experience is a plus • Experience recruiting across multiple regions or time zones (e.g. North America, EMEA, APAC) is highly desirable • Previous contract or project-based recruitment experience, with the ability to ramp up quickly • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Strong collaborator who builds trust with hiring managers quickly • Self-starter who works well autonomously with minimal onboarding • Highly organized, able to juggle multiple roles and priorities at once • Flexibility and a solutions-focused mindset • Genuine care for the candidate experience
