📋 Description

• Consult with customers and configure ServiceNow integrations using configuration best practices • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party software platforms, programs, and applications • Resolve integration errors, provide support, and develop procedures for complex system overlaps • Deliver transformative integration architectures supporting AI solutions on the ServiceNow platform • Leverage or critically evaluate AI integration into work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving • Devise integration development plans and strategies and formulate systems-integration architectures • Implement ServiceNow AI offerings including Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, Issue Auto Resolution, Task Intelligence, Document Intelligence, and Generative AI • Develop solutions based on user requirements gathered in workshops • Coordinate with other developers to ensure integrations and platform functionality support overall projects • Ensure organizational adherence to integration-process best practices • Act as a subject matter expert resolving complex user issues related to integrations and AI solutions • Check and correct conflicts in data configurations and overlaps • Analyze and improve instance configuration and setup for future customer needs • Identify, debug, and advise on system errors and architecture issues • Act as a technical lead on engagements and mentor/develop talent

🎯 Requirements

• Active Security Clearance Required • At least 8 years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly capable integration technologies • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in complex and varied customer environments • Maintain at least 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications • Maintain ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification • Experience acting as a technical lead on engagements • Experience architecting system integrations and creating complex high-level architecture diagrams • Extensive experience with integration technologies including REST/SOAP, middleware, LDAP, SSO, JDBC, Import Sets, Export Sets, IDR, Remote Tables, and Remote Process • Experience working with SaaS technologies • Understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models, with a focus on Generative AI • Experience with ServiceNow Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search, and Virtual Agent highly valued • Experience developing on ServiceNow platform capabilities • Experience with data management, database design, and database concepts • Knowledge and experience with LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO, and enterprise technologies • Connect chat, agent chat, and virtual agent configuration and design experience • Encryption understanding and core design principles • Understanding and/or development experience with MID Servers, Notify, and Orchestration • Strong JavaScript skills with practical experience • Experience with Self Hosted implementations and/or Domain Separation is a plus • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude • Ability to operate within a culturally diverse environment • Proven team builder with ability to mentor and develop talent • Analytical and problem-solving abilities • Keen eye for detail and ability to spot and fix errors in complex code • Ability to perform tasks independently • Good presentation and report-writing skills • Up to 30% travel annually
