📋 Description

• Support Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX Solution Sales • Guide revenue for an assigned product with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team • Develop, position, and provide product-specific solutions during sales cycles • Support product sales as a technical and domain expert for client-facing sales teams • Lead discovery workshops to determine customer challenges • Deliver product demonstrations aligned with customer needs • Develop client partner relationships • Guide strategic programs in top accounts, including customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreement • Provide product management feedback about enhancements addressing customer needs • Share and learn best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants • Maintain current competitive analysis and market differentiation knowledge • Support marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows • Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving • 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions • Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to promote execution excellence • Travel, as necessary
