📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end technical relationship with enterprise customers • Translate complex business challenges into AI solutions built on the Moveworks Platform • Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, from solution design through launch • Manage 5–8 enterprise customer engagements simultaneously • Architect and deliver AI solutions with customers • Design and build secure, performant integrations with ServiceNow, Workday, Okta, Jira, and other enterprise systems • Advise customers on Agentic AI roadmaps and upskill their teams • Synthesize customer feedback and technical gaps for Engineering and Product teams • Generalize successful customer solutions into reusable templates and share knowledge • Develop architecture diagrams, solution proposals, and SOWs for technical and business audiences • Travel up to 25% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role • Demonstrated track record of driving successful technical adoption with mid-to-large enterprise customers • Experience designing, building, and launching full-stack workflows and automations • Experience with REST APIs, iPaaS tools such as Workato, Azure Functions, AWS Lambdas, ServiceNow Flow Designer, or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Golang • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time • Ability to operate across multiple business functions and technical domains • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, Zendesk, Workday, or Okta • Familiarity with Linux and Windows environments and command line • Current knowledge of AI tools, frameworks, and agentic design patterns • Strong grasp of API-based systems integration, LLM-based systems design, prompt engineering, context engineering, and data modeling
