📋 Description

• Contribute to a user-centered AI product strategy aligned with customer needs and product specifics • Support high-stakes partnerships and ad-hoc product initiatives • Manage operational activities including hiring, budgeting, and tracking key metrics • Engage cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance, and other stakeholders • Review business initiatives and intelligence activities by tracking revenue, customers, costs, and industry trends • Assist with Quarterly Product Reviews and Annual Planning • Ensure alignment between Product groups, stakeholders, and executives • Conduct market assessments and review strategy with senior staff and Product Management • Support market sizing and buy/build/partner assessments • Oversee AI initiatives that drive portfolio growth and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8–10 years of experience at a top management consulting firm, private equity, investment bank, or in strategy & operations at a technology company (or similar) • Expertise and/or strong interest in the enterprise software/SaaS industry, ideally in the AI space • Experience using quantitative skills to optimize product strategy and inform operational excellence • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable in business and technical discussions • Track record of owning cross-functional projects, building trusting relationships, and influencing others, including senior staff members • Ability to collaborate well and think independently • Ability to take initiative and multitask in fast-paced, often ambiguous environments • Preferred: Experience working for or with established enterprise technology companies • Preferred: Experience in SaaS or PaaS product development, technical strategy, and product operations functions
