📋 Description

• Build and maintain datasets and dashboards using SQL and Tableau for pipeline health and leading indicators • Connect pipeline metrics to downstream outcomes such as onboarding time, adoption, and retention • Own pipeline reporting and forecasting for Property Care Sales • Run weekly and monthly forecast reviews with senior leadership • Partner with Sales leadership, Product, and Marketing to develop segment- and trade-specific value stories using customer data and ROI analysis • Build business cases and field proof points, including routing efficiency, adoption benchmarks, and migration outcomes • Synthesize win/loss and customer feedback into inputs for messaging, pricing, packaging, and product roadmap • Support territory and segment design, capacity and quota planning, representative ramp tracking, and target setting • Maintain the Property Care GTM operating cadence and decision tracking • Identify Sales-to-Onboarding handoff friction and design process improvements • Design and establish an outbound sales motion with SDR leadership, including target account lists, ICP definition, sequencing, and lead routing • Define metrics, dashboards, and experiments across outreach, meetings booked, and qualified pipeline • Iterate on the outbound motion using conversion data and document a scalable playbook • Own high-impact special projects from opportunity identification through execution and iteration

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years of work experience in a combination of high-growth technology companies and/or management consulting • Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor • Functional experience in revenue operations, business operations, or sales operations within SaaS preferred • Experience with pipeline management and sales forecasting • Experience working alongside Sales and/or SDR teams • Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce; sales engagement or outbound tooling is a plus • Experience running quantitative analyses and publishing findings in dashboard format • Strong experience with Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau, and SQL • Proven track record of using analytics to drive results and inform strategic decisions • Ability to turn data into a clear customer value narrative and concrete action plans, and manage execution • Ability to work in ambiguous and dynamic environments, including building a new sales motion from scratch • Detail-oriented with strong storytelling skills • Ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and simplify complex problems for cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
