📋 Description

• Own entire features from planning through deployment • Update data models based on user needs • Build reliable integrations with external service APIs • Fix production bugs • Keep the application secure and performant • Write technical documentation • Ship projects incrementally and often • Test thoroughly and automate tests • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams • Participate in technical interviews and system design discussions

🎯 Requirements

• Serious Python skills for APIs, reporting, and data processing • Experience with Django and Celery • Experience with relational databases and ORMs • Experience with PostgreSQL and Django's ORM • Track record of shipping complex features end-to-end • Ability to balance speed with quality • Collaborative approach, including pair programming and team huddles • US residence and work authorization • Nice-to-have: TypeScript/JavaScript and web development knowledge • Nice-to-have: AWS, Terraform, and Docker experience • Nice-to-have: History of improving development processes and tools
