📋 Description

• Define and guide high-level goals and roadmaps for major product and technology programs from conception through production release • Shape engineering investment decisions using data • Monitor and communicate progress against goals • Surface risks early and report status to executive stakeholders • Lead technical conversations with engineering teams regarding architecture and trade-offs • Drive release management across teams, ensuring quality, sequencing, and readiness • Build and refine agentic and AI-assisted SDLC processes • Help teams adopt new tools and workflows while maintaining rigor • Identify process gaps and inefficiencies and implement improvements • Lead change management across globally distributed, matrixed teams • Collaborate across functions and organizations to deliver impact

🎯 Requirements

• Proven technical program management experience • Experience delivering measurable results across complex, cross-functional programs at scale • Technical depth to understand system architecture and engineering trade-offs • Ability to lead engineering teams through complex technical decisions • Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority • Experience leading change management across globally distributed, matrixed teams • Ability to communicate effectively across time zones • Experience with agentic and AI-assisted SDLC processes or willingness to build and refine them
