📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions supporting federal customer mission-critical objectives • Develop custom Salesforce applications, components, and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and API services • Collaborate with consultants, administrators, development teams, and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver scalable, compliant solutions • Capture feedback as user stories and tasks, and assist with product backlog prioritization • Decompose complex capabilities into testable user stories and tasks • Participate in sprint reviews, integration solution design demos, and other agile ceremonies • Identify potential risks and support mitigation strategies • Ensure adherence to Salesforce leading practices and federal security and compliance standards • Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and release management • Assess vulnerability scan results and resolve issues as directed by government • Manage deployments from development environments to government environments • Maintain technical documentation, designs, and deployment procedures • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of Salesforce or relevant software development experience, or Associate’s degree plus 5 years, or High School Diploma/GED plus 7 years • Must meet all federal government customer background and eligibility requirements • Experience developing with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and API services • Ability to collaborate with consultants, administrators, development teams, and business stakeholders • Knowledge of Salesforce leading practices and federal security and compliance standards • Experience with code reviews, testing, debugging, release management, and deployments • Ability to assess vulnerability scan results and resolve issues • Ability to maintain technical documentation, technical designs, and deployment procedures • Preferred: additional Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Administrator, or Platform App Builder • Preferred: experience supporting federal government agencies or working in a consulting environment • Preferred: knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Git-based workflows • Preferred: familiarity with Salesforce security, compliance, and FedRAMP requirements • Preferred: strong critical thinking and collaborative, cross-functional teamwork skills
