📋 Description
• Design and ship production AI agents that are core to the product experience • Work across the TypeScript, Node.js, and React stack to build features end-to-end • Apply ML/AI judgment to product decisions, including where agents make sense and how to make them reliable in production • Move quickly in a startup environment, owning ambiguity and pushing product boundaries
🎯 Requirements
• Hands-on ML background and/or real experience building and shipping production AI agents (not just API calls to a model: non-trivial agent design, evals, and reliability work at scale) • Strong TypeScript experience • 2+ years of professional software development experience • Experience with LangGraph/LangChain or similar agent frameworks (nice-to-have) • Node.js/React stack experience (nice-to-have) • Forward-deployed engineering (FDE) experience and comfort being customer-facing (nice-to-have) • 3–5+ years of professional development experience (nice-to-have) • Based in San Francisco (preferred)
