Sevaro partners with hospitals and health systems to improve access to specialty neurology, shorten response times, reduce transfers, and support care across the acute-to-outpatient patient journey.

📋 Description

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for every physician and APP from day one • Orient clinicians to Sevaro’s culture, expectations, and on-shift experience • Train clinicians on Synapse utilization, clinical-shift workflows, and site-specific stroke and consult processes through live 1:1 and group sessions • Answer questions and assist with initial credentialing applications and license and credentialing submissions • Keep credentialing and licensing steps moving • Create and continually refine training guides, quick-reference materials, and workflow documentation • Act as a bridge between clinicians and departmental leads in credentialing, licensing, IT, and hospital partners • Own institutional knowledge of each hospital site and system, including workflows and clinical nuances • Train clinicians to readiness for work at their respective sites • Lead remedial or expanded education efforts when quality concerns identify workflow understanding or adherence gaps • Support clinician education and readiness from hire through go-live and beyond

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN license • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related clinical field • Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in neurology, neurocritical care, stroke, or the emergency department • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated leadership, training, or clinical operations experience, with direct oversight of clinical or operational staff, preferably within a stroke or neurology program • Experience with one or more EMRs, including Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, or MEDITECH • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new platforms and troubleshoot without a script • Exceptional communication and white-glove service mindset • Highly organized and self-directed; able to manage multiple clinicians and sites at different onboarding stages • Comfortable working remotely with flexibility for occasional early-morning or evening sessions across time zones • Open and willing to travel as needed • Authorization to work in the United States
