📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive, holistic psychiatric care to perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal patients through a fully remote telehealth model • Practice within a care model prioritizing clinical quality and collaboration with the client’s Seven Starling therapist • Conduct 60-minute intake and 20–30-minute follow-up sessions, using clinical judgment to determine appropriate session length • Adapt and grow within an early-stage startup, contributing to evolving workflows and best practices • Provide an average of 5–10+ hours per week of patient-facing appointment time

🎯 Requirements

• Active Board Certified PA (Pennsylvania) PMHNP license in good standing • Priority given to candidates holding at least 3 additional state licenses in open or coming-soon markets • RN Compact licensure preferred • No DEA required; controlled substances are not prescribed • Minimum one year of experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population • At least 6 months of telehealth experience • Understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and psychiatric care considerations during perinatal and perimenopausal/menopausal periods • Evidence-based practices to inform treatment plans and guide clinical care • Strong verbal and written communication • Adaptability and motivation to contribute within an early-stage startup • Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and Google Suite • Ability to learn new programs efficiently
