📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and programs across product and engineering teams • Continuously monitor scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and success metrics • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Compliance, Risk, Security, Operations, and external partners • Facilitate technical and business discussions and take notes to support informed decision-making • Establish governance processes, status reporting, and executive communications • Monitor program performance using KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics • Support development and release cycles, including production deployments, change management, breaking changes, and related communications • Collaborate with third-party vendors, financial institutions, and technology partners when required

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management • 2+ years of experience supporting fintech initiatives such as banking, payments, trading, or other financial services • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies • Experience managing large-scale technical projects involving distributed systems, APIs, cloud platforms, and similar technologies • General knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks such as KYC, AML, Customer Risk Rating, and Watchlists • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field • Preferred: experience with embedded finance, financial APIs, crypto, or trading/brokerages • Preferred: familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Preferred: understanding of data security, fraud prevention, and risk management • Preferred: PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Agile certification • Preferred: experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced fintech environments
