📋 Description

• Coordinate delivery of projects that make up the strategic roadmap • Collaborate with engineering, product management, design, quality assurance, partner engagement, and other internal teams • Build relationships and facilitate collaboration with the external platform partner • Craft and implement change management strategies for process improvements and organizational change • Coordinate with engineering and product managers to build and execute a roadmap balancing feature goals, partner commitments, and operational improvements • Clarify product, partner, and stakeholder requirements, expectations, and timelines • Define and track dependencies across internal teams to meet deliverables • Iterate on or develop processes and methodologies to improve velocity, collaboration, and visibility • Identify and mitigate risks associated with change • Handle conflicts and act as a connector, mentor, reporter, translator, diplomat, and force multiplier for project teams

🎯 Requirements

• Software project/program management experience working closely with engineering and non-technical teams • Track record of delivering against contractual obligations • Experience managing external relationships • Persistence in tracking down and resolving loose ends • Experience managing process and organizational change • Ability to establish relationships, maintain a positive culture, and optimize communications for varied audiences and stakeholders • Sufficient knowledge of English for professional verbal and written exchanges • Frequent and regular communication with worldwide colleagues and partners in English
