📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategic procurement and service delivery plans to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth • Develop new procurement solutions based on market awareness, research, and subject matter expertise • Oversee the procurement delivery team and grow the practice, driving revenue growth and contributing to new pipeline, customers, and employees • Lead and manage the procurement, delivery, and services team • Oversee resource allocation and operational budgeting • Oversee sales tools, resources, and training programs • Monitor service delivery and procurement performance through data-driven metrics and analytics • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and sales architects • Ensure compliance with service delivery policies, procedures, and standards • Identify and mitigate service delivery and procurement risks • Drive innovation in service and procurement delivery practices • Report on service delivery, procurement performance, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Information Technology, or a related field, or relevant work experience required • 7–10 years of experience in Procurement, Vendor Management, Sales, Information Technology, or a relevant functional area • 4+ years of experience in a management position required • Expert proficiency in strategic planning and implementation • Expert proficiency in building and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships • Ability to identify and mitigate risks • Ability to oversee and direct projects to completion • Ability to travel to SHI, partner, and customer events • Ability to travel 25%
