📋 Description

• Work alongside Architects as a network expert supporting account teams, customers, and go-to-market initiatives • Lead consultative discussions with clients regarding network platforms • Review and evaluate customer network technologies, consumption, implementations, and processes • Strengthen technical relationships with OEMs and strategic partners • Educate and develop sales teams on network solution selling and key technologies • Conduct product training and positioning for sales teams and customers • Evaluate customer data center environments and infrastructure technologies • Design and propose tailored infrastructure solutions aligned with business objectives • Act as a trusted IT advisor in partnership with Field Account Executives • Manage the solution practice pipeline and develop strategies for top prospects • Acquire new business and identify technology opportunities across data center, cloud, network, security, collaboration, and services • Develop solutions fitting customer needs and budgets • Engage CIOs, IT Directors, CTOs, and other client contacts

🎯 Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required • Minimum 2 years of experience with Cisco networking products, including switches, routers, wireless, Nexus, and Meraki • Familiarity with Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW) • Strong knowledge of route/switch, LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, cloud edge, virtual networking, secure access, and network visibility • Ability to communicate and sell complex technical products or services • Expertise with products and solutions from vendors such as Aruba, Juniper, HPE, and Arista • Experience with software-defined networking technologies including SDDC, SD-WAN, SASE, and SSE • Ability to travel to SHI, partner, and customer events • Advanced certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, JNCIE, JNCIP, CASX, or ACSP
