📋 Description

• Work alongside Architects as a network expert supporting account teams, customers, and go-to-market initiatives • Lead consultative discussions with clients regarding network platforms • Evaluate customer data center environments and infrastructure technologies with account teams • Design and propose tailored infrastructure solutions aligned with customers’ business objectives • Build and maintain technical relationships with OEMs and strategic partners • Provide product training and technical education to sales teams and customers • Act as a trusted IT advisor in partnership with Field Account Executives • Manage the solution practice pipeline and develop strategies for top prospects • Acquire new business and identify technology opportunities across data center, cloud, network, security, collaboration, and services • Develop solutions that fit customer needs and budgets through strategic planning • Engage CIOs, IT Directors, CTOs, and other client contacts • Educate and develop sales teams on technical selling, services, products, and technology trends

🎯 Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required • Minimum 2 years of experience with Cisco networking products, including switches, routers, wireless, Nexus, and Meraki • Familiarity with Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW) • Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events • Advanced certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, JNCIE, JNCIP, CASX, or ACSP • Strong knowledge of technical network solutions including route/switch, LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, cloud edge, virtual networking, secure access, and network visibility • Ability to communicate and sell complex technical products or services • Expertise with similar products and solutions from Aruba, Juniper, HPE, Arista, and other vendors • Experience with software-defined networking technologies including SDDC, SD-WAN, SASE, and SSE
