📋 Description

• Make outbound phone calls to eligible patients and enroll them with Shields Partner Pharmacy • Educate patients on services offered by the Shields Specialty Pharmacy Program • Protect confidential patient information • Communicate the benefits of the Shields Partner Pharmacy program over the phone • Access patients' EMR and review chart notes before outbound calls • Identify medications requiring special storage or handling, including hazardous and refrigerated medications • Identify supplies needed for select medications, including sharps containers, needles/syringes, alcohol swabs, and band-aids • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License • National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB/ExCPT); CPhT required • 2+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician • High School Diploma or GED • Strong communication, organization, and tech skills • Empathy, integrity, and a team-first mindset • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to navigate the internet and web-based platforms • Data entry and computer skills will be evaluated through a pre-employment assessment
