📋 Description

• Lead a team of 10-15 developers and QA specialists • Drive efficiency, automation, and 100% SLA compliance • Architect and optimize the end-to-end development pipeline • Oversee the integration of AI within workflows • Ensure accurate project scoping, resourcing, and timely delivery • Eliminate workflow redundancies and automate manual tasks • Champion production-line efficiency and maintain quality across engagements

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in email engineering • 4+ years leading technical teams in an agency or consulting environment • Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Journey Optimizer • Knowledge of rendering tools like Litmus or Email on Acid • Proven ability to scope custom development and manage stakeholder expectations • Strong operational understanding of email accessibility requirements • Broad fluency across email development and systems integration • Experience evaluating or piloting AI-native development practices
