• Establish clinical understanding, access and sales demand within LTC sector • Effectively call on LTC facilities and affiliated business entities daily • Analyze territory information to develop effective target mapping and account plans • Establish professional relationships and maintain communication with customers • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets • Manage and grow existing accounts within the long-term care sector • Perform Company business in accordance with all regulations • Maintain comprehensive call documentation and report field activities
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) preferred • Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) Account Manager or similar role • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of clinically focused experience in a long-term care setting • Experience calling on skilled nursing facilities (SNF), assisted living facilities (ALF), LTC pharmacies, or consultant pharmacist networks • Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, Outlook • Documented record of demand generation, performance and achievement in Long Term Care
