• Establish clinical understanding, access and sales demand within LTC sector • Call on LTC facilities and affiliated business entities • Analyze territory information to optimize routing and maximize field resources • Maintain an effective communication network with customers • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets • Manage and grow existing accounts in long-term care sector
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) preferred • Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry • Minimum of three (3) years of pharmaceutical sales experience in LTC account management or similar role • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of clinically focused experience in a long-term care setting • Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook • Experience in building rapport and relationships within the long-term setting • Strong influencing skills • Documented record of demand generation and performance in LTC
