📋 Description

• Develop advanced models and data systems leveraging location, routing, traffic, and spatial signals • Improve delivery success and reduce operational costs • Work with large-scale GPS traces, mapping data, and geospatial datasets • Collaborate with product managers, logistics operators, and software engineers • Turn models into real-world systems • Design experiments • Translate complex geospatial insights into actionable operational decisions

🎯 Requirements

• MS or PhD in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required • Experience building production ML models deployed in real-world systems • Experience with geospatial data, such as GPS traces, spatial indexing systems, or routing systems • Strong understanding of predictive modeling, feature engineering, experimentation, and causal inference • Strong Python skills • Experience with pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow • Ability to work with large datasets and distributed systems, such as Spark, BigQuery, or Snowflake • Technical interviews use an online coding platform • Ability to obtain reasonable accommodation for the online coding platform if needed
