📋 Description

• Own accounts payable, expense management, and travel operations day to day • Help build ShopMy’s procurement function, including vendor management and spend controls • Partner cross-functionally with legal, people, and IT teams to streamline processes as the company grows • Use AI tools to automate and improve team workflows • Support billing operations within the broader finance function • Collaborate with Finance on month-end close, audits, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years in finance operations, accounting, or a related field; accounting background preferred • Hands-on experience with AP, expense management, and travel programs • Experience with or exposure to procurement and vendor management tools and processes • Comfortable building processes and finding creative solutions to problems • Genuine fluency with AI tools • Based in NYC or the Bay Area preferred; open to remote for the right candidate • E-Verify work authorization verification upon hire
