📋 Description

• Review, code, and post incoming invoices • Process ongoing payment transactions • Handle credit card and expense reports • Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash • Advise employees on expenses, invoices, and payments • Support the preparation of monthly financial statements, including data preparation for provisions, accruals and deferrals, and sales reporting • Support finance onboarding for new team members • Respond to general finance-related inquiries

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training (e.g., office administrator, industrial clerk) or an equivalent qualification • Initial practical experience in accounting or administrative support is an advantage • Several years of accounting experience are not required • Excellent IT skills, particularly with MS Office or Google Sheets • Careful, structured, and precise working style, with a strong affinity for numbers • Business-fluent German and English skills
