📋 Description

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes • Process invoices, expense reports, and related accounting transactions • Prepare and upload journal entries supporting monthly close activities • Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts • Conduct account analysis to support financial reporting and operational decision-making • Assist with monthly financial reports and supporting schedules • Review financial transactions for accuracy and compliance with company policies • Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation • Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team • Support special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned • Report to the Senior Director, Accounting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 1–3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or related experience • Working knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite • Experience working in accounting systems; NetSuite experience is a plus • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple priorities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer may be required
