📋 Description

• Identify and quantify new global market and application-led growth opportunities • Provide impartial, data-based analysis of global trends, workflows, unmet needs, and buying scenarios • Translate market, customer, and application insight into opportunity narratives and commercial guidance • Collaborate with market development, product management, strategy, innovation, solutions, marketing, analytics, and sales teams • Partner with regional teams and sales leaders to activate opportunities and share repeatable best practices • Represent Shure with professional bodies, associations, and key market ecosystems • Gather feedback from field teams and external stakeholders to assess scalable global opportunities • Provide end-user, workflow, and market information to improve field readiness, trials, strategic seeding, and value positioning • Research and expand sales channels, partner ecosystems, and commercial pathways for Shure solutions • Develop repeatable plays, messaging approaches, and partnership insights supporting global adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Audio, Technology, or a related field • Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic market development, business development, application engineering, solution selling, product marketing, or a similar role with a global focus • Experience in the audio industry, professional technology, conferencing, collaboration, broadcast, live production, content creation, or a related field is preferred • Strong understanding of market trends, customer workflows, use cases, and buying dynamics across regions and complex B2B environments • Proactive and accountable mindset, with the ability to complete tasks independently with minimal supervision • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret market, customer, and application insight • Ability to translate technical or application knowledge into commercial opportunities, sales guidance, and scalable growth strategies • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Experience collaborating with product management, marketing, solutions, and regional sales organizations • Knowledge of sales channels, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market motions • Familiarity with global user communities, industry associations, and customer ecosystems • Willingness to travel as needed, with a minimum expectation of 25% travel
