📋 Description

• Support global fulfillment operations for surgical procedures through efficient, compliant, and timely delivery of medical products and assets • Execute end-to-end order processing using QAD, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office tools • Monitor fulfillment trends, flag risks to surgical case support, and support corrective actions • Coordinate with warehousing and logistics partners to keep orders on schedule and resolve fulfillment issues • Execute and improve reverse logistics workflows for borrowed and loaner assets • Partner with field teams and third-party logistics providers to reduce turnaround time and increase asset availability • Support planning and execution of the loaner kit program • Track kit utilization and idle time and identify opportunities to improve kit availability • Maintain inventory accuracy for non-kitted implants and consumables • Support urgent fulfillment needs and follow approval workflows • Serve as a point of contact for field sales, clinical teams, and customer service on product delivery and availability • Support customer-facing order fulfillment communications and reporting • Identify and support continuous improvement across fulfillment and asset operations • Perform work in alignment with quality system requirements and FDA, ISO, and EU MDR standards • Support internal and external audits • Contribute to SOP creation and revisions related to fulfillment and inventory management

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in field operations, fulfillment, or logistics, preferably in the medical device industry • Hands-on experience with inventory management, loaner kit coordination, and order processing in a regulated environment • Strong working knowledge of QAD ERP, Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Working familiarity with quality systems and regulatory frameworks including ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, and EU MDR • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment with cross-functional teams • APICS, CSCP, or other supply chain certification a plus • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field is preferred
