📋 Description

• Own full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting for Engineering and Product roles, delivering a high-quality experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers • Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor — defining role requirements, building sourcing strategy, and aligning on hiring priorities and timelines • Build and manage a strong pipeline of active and passive technical and product talent through proactive sourcing and outbound outreach • Drive candidates through the process with speed and rigor, managing multiple concurrent searches without dropping quality • Use recruiting metrics and pipeline data to inform decisions, report on progress, and continuously improve process • Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Finance, and hiring teams to support Sidecar Health's hiring plan

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully closing technical and product talent, ideally within a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment • Experience recruiting across engineering and Product Manager roles • Strong ability to build trusted relationships with engineering and product leadership • Proficiency using recruiting metrics and data to inform decisions and improve process • Excellent collaboration skills with a willingness to work cross-functionally • Comfort operating independently in a fully remote, fast-moving environment
